What happens when you place that first call? A member of our staff will set up a free no-obligation consultation with you to determine how we can best serve your needs. This consulation may consist of a visit to the property, whether personal property or real estate, or possibly be as simple as emailing photos of what you would like moved or sold.
2: DECIDE VENUE
Based on your needs, we can help you decide what option is right for you:
Online Only Auctions
- In our Gallery
- We mainly sell large groups of estate items in our Tinkling Spring Gallery and Cold Springs Gallery
- Our Hidden Treasure Gallery is where we generally sell consignment items and smaller amounts of items like a pickup load or a small trailer load of items. There is typically a wait list to sell items in the Hidden Treasure Gallery
- At your property
- For "wholesale" auctions
- High number of farm equipment or large machinery
3. Auction Time
If your items are being sold at one of our galleries we will pack and transport the items to our location where they will be numberred, photographed, cataloged and uploaded to our website for the world to bid on.
4. Payment
We will issue your settlement check for your items within 10 business days of the close of your auction. We typically deduct costs and fees from the auction proceeds, this allows for you, the seller, to have no out of pocket expenses in a typical auction.
