Guns are only available for inspection during the listed preview dates and times.

  • Unless you have a Va Concealed Handgun Permit, you can only purchase one handgun per month in the state of Va.
    IF you have a VA Concealed Handgun Permit, you can purchase as many handguns as you wish (or as many as your wife allows!)
  • You can purchase as many long guns as you wish.
     
  • If you purchase more than one (1) handgun and do NOT have a concealed handgun permit, Enlisted Auctions can place your handgun in storage until the following month. The handgun must be paid in full and there is a $15 / month storage fee.
  • Enlisted Auctions is a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer. All state and federal firearms laws apply. Paperwork and background checks are completed at Enlisted Auctions and are required when picking up firearms. Please do not bid if you cannot legally own a firearm.
  • A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to your high bid
  • No transfer fees will be charged for any local purchase. Firearms shipped to your FFL dealer will be charged $25 for the first firearm and $10 per additional firearm plus shipping cost.
  • If you are an out-of-state buyer a wire transfer may be required for payment, depending on your invoice amount.
  • Buyer is responsible to verify the caliber, safety, and integrity of any and all firearms before firing.
  • Photo ID with current physical address required for all firearm purchases. (PO Box does NOT meet requirement)
  • A bid is a binding agreement to purchase and pay for that item if you are the high bidder. Please do NOT bid if you cannot pay or if you will not pass a background check to legally possess a firearm.
  • All invoices must be paid in full within 24 hours of the auction ending. You will receive an invoice via email after the auction has ended with a link to submit your payment.
  • PREVIEW - Wed, November 6, 2024, from 10 AM to 6 PM.
  • If you are interested in a particular firearm and need additional detailed photos of that firearm, please email: kervin@enlistedauctions.com or sheldon@enlistedauctions.com and we will provide you with more photos.
  • Buyer must rely on their own visual inspection regarding the condition and integrity of items purchased. Auctioneer and staff make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. All items sold on a "as is, where is", basis. Property is open to thorough public inspection during the scheduled preview times listed. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidder will be responsible to have the firearms inspected by a competent gunsmith to determine firearms caliber and integrity before firing any firearm.

VERY IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO BID. ONCE YOU BID, YOU WILL BE BOUND LEGALLY BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND RULES THAT ARE STATED HERE. BY REGISTERING FOR OUR AUCTIONS, IT IS CONSIDERED A CONTRACT AND THE FOLLOWING TERMS APPLY. TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAN CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF EACH SALE.   • When you register to bid your credit card will be authorized for a $100. This amount is not actually charged to your card and will "fall off" your statement within 48-72 hours. 

  • All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied.

  • Keep in mind that most of the items we sell are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, funky odors, etc. 

  • Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Any mention of an item’s condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition. When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly. 

  • Enlisted Auctions strongly suggests bidders to attend the scheduled preview to gauge the condition of each piece and to gain perspective on the size or number of items in each lot.  

  • We are not as mean as we sound, but please do your best to play by the rules. It is the only way we can serve you and the rest of our customers to the best of our ability. 

Bidding

  • You must be registered to place a bid on an item. 

  • By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to that auction. Before you bid, please take a few seconds and look at the information provided in Lot # 0. This will have the location, date/times for the preview and pickup, and other pertinent information. 

  • All bids are final. The bidder does not have the ability to remove a bid once it has been placed.

  • You are bidding on the item in the photograph. Occasionally, the wrong description is displayed. Always look at the photo! Please contact Enlisted Auctions if you find an error in the catalog and we can make the correction as needed.

Payment

  • A 10% buyer’s premium (plus state and local tax) will be added to each purchase. 

  • If you are tax-exempt, you will need to provide a copy of your tax-exemption form.

  • Payment can be made with a credit or debit card using the online payment link found in the email notification received upon winning. There is an added 3% processing fee for payments with card.

  • Payment will also be accepted at the pickup location by cash, approved check, and/or credit/debit card. There is an added 3% processing fee for payments with card.

  • Payment must be made within 24 hours of the auction ending. Failure to pay will result in revocation of bidding privileges. A $25.00 reactivation fee of a suspended account will be required. Reactivation will be determined on a case-by-case review. 

  • Registration is a legal and binding agreement to accept responsibility for payment. Deviation from this agreement can result in legal action and fees.

Preview

  • Preview is an “open house” to allow our customers to inspect the items before they bid or buy. Items are identified by the lot number affixed to the item. 

  • Preview is highly recommended so you can make your own determination of the quality and condition of each piece. 

  • Firearms have not been tested and no warranty is made as to their firing condition. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the firearm is in safe firing condition before using.

Pickup

  • Bidders are responsible for their own removal. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. 

  • Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid email receipt. 

  • All items must be removed during the schedule pickup time(s). Any items not removed during the pickup times will considered abandoned and become the property of Enlisted Auctions (unless other arrangements have been made). 

  • If you are unable to make the pickup time due to a flat tire, mean boss, traffic jam, car fire, sudden illness, deceased relative, or any other catastrophic event, please contact Enlisted Auctions at 540-337-3446 or info@enlistedauctions.com. We can make special arrangements (for a fee) in most cases. Items MUST be paid in full to qualify for storage.

  • Items not claimed in our gallery auctions by the end of the scheduled pickup times will be assessed a $5.00 alternative pick-up fee.

Shipping

  • Shipping is available to licensed FFL dealers.

Firearm Sales

  • We are a licensed firearms dealer. 

  • Bidder must be eligible to purchase a firearm under local, State, and Federal guidelines. 

  • Shipping is provided to continental US FFL holders for most gun purchases. Additional charges will apply. See details in the firearms auction for shipping rates. 

Staggered Closing

  • The online auction closes three items per minute (may differ on each auction). Please watch the countdown timer on each lot. This feature will close the bidding in intervals. This feature works great with the auto-extend feature to closely emulate a ‘live’ auction.

Soft Closing (auto-extend)

  • The closing time of an item is automatically extended an additional two minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last two minutes of the item’s closing time, thus allowing a backup bidder the opportunity to raise their bid. For example, if an item is set to close at 8:05 pm, and a bidder places a bid on the item at 8:04 pm, the item’s closing time will be extended to 8:06 pm. If another bid is placed at 8:05 pm, the item’s closing time will be extended to 8:07 pm, and so on until no other bids are received.

Bid Notification

  • If you have been outbid, you will be notified by email or phone notification (app users) ONLY UNTIL the last two minutes of the item’s scheduled closing time. 

  • To quickly review your bids and see if you have won, you can utilize the “My Items” feature. Items that you have been outbid on will be clearly marked.

Winning Bidder Notification

  • You will be contacted by email or phone notification (app users) for any items you have won. 

  • If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email you must notify us by email no later than 9:00 am the next day. If you do not receive an emailed invoice then you did not win any items at the online auction.

  • In the event an item is missing from your lot, the buyer must notify our onsite staff before leaving the auction premises. After 24 hours, the Auctioneer and buyer agrees that no adjustment or refund will be made.

Images Don't Guarantee Items

  • For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.

 

Abandoned Items/Delinquent Accounts

  • The Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, purchased items not paid for and/or removed within the specified timeframe. 

  • The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection, transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items.

Choose Wisely

  • We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly.

  • The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction, split or combine lots, add minimum bids or reserve prices, cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event, make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. 

  • Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgments upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Venue will be Augusta County, Virginia.

Liability

  • Auctioneers and Sellers liability shall be limited to the refund of bidders purchase price.

Limitations

  • The above-stated Conditions of Sale cannot be altered except in writing by The Auctioneer.

Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and that of the other bidders. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission.
